To register and maintain an account at dv999 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. If dv999 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
When registering at dv999 you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan.
dv999 conducts identity verification as part of the account process. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani national ID (CNIC), proof of address or other documentation. This information is used solely for verification purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact information changes, update it in your account settings promptly. dv999 cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details on your account.
All deposits at dv999 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by dv999, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. dv999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply charges on their side — check with your provider before depositing.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your dv999 account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant financial authorities.
You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through your dv999 account, provided there are no pending verification requirements, active bonus wagering obligations or security holds on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to accounts not associated with the verified account holder. If a withdrawal to your original deposit method is not possible, dv999 support will advise you on the available alternatives.
dv999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. dv999 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these terms. dv999 will communicate the reason for any delay via your registered email address or through in-platform notification.
The following rules apply to all bets placed on the dv999 platform, including sports betting, cricket, PSL, T20 markets, live in-play betting, esports and all other wagering products available on the platform.
A bet is only accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation from the dv999 platform. Bets that have not received a confirmation screen or notification have not been registered and are not valid. dv999 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where an error in odds has occurred.
The minimum single bet stake is PKR 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event. For high-profile cricket fixtures including PSL matches and Pakistan international games, maximum limits per bet are published on the individual market page before you confirm your bet slip.
dv999 may void a bet in the following circumstances: an obvious pricing error on a market, a bet placed on an event that was already completed at the time of placement, a match or event that is officially cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours, or where there is clear evidence that an outcome was manipulated. In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to your account in full.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of a match — wickets, over changes, DRS reviews in cricket matches. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be either accepted at new odds once the suspension lifts or returned as void depending on platform settings at the time. dv999 cannot guarantee the continuity of live betting markets during technical disruptions to live data feeds.
Winning bets are settled automatically once official results are confirmed. For cricket, results are based on official scorecards from recognised cricket governing bodies. In the event of a dispute over a result, dv999's decision — made in consultation with available official data — is final. Payout amounts are credited directly to your PKR wallet balance.
dv999 offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension and potential recovery of any withdrawn funds linked to the abuse.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dv999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dv999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. dv999 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel — if you receive a message requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, or if your registered email or mobile number has been compromised, contact dv999 live chat support without delay. Until you report unauthorised access, dv999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from bets placed or withdrawals made by unauthorised parties using your login credentials.
dv999 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any additional security features available in your account settings. Regularly reviewing your account activity and transaction history is a simple way to spot any unusual access early.
dv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the platform. If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance will remain intact. If a breach is confirmed, dv999 reserves the right to withhold any balance linked to the breach.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dv999 support via live chat. Any available balance at the time of closure that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or ongoing investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
dv999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
dv999 is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures outside of our control, delays in third-party payment processing, actions taken by other players, or any decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform that was subsequently found to contain an error.
In no event shall dv999's liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
